Position Summary: The Inside Sales Specialist is a key player responsible for supporting existing customers & developing new sales. A successful specialist will have a proven track record in business development and sales activities. He/She will interact with customers to handle customer inquiries about products and services, develop new and grow existing business opportunities on behalf of L&R USA INC.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sell and service target accounts.
Identify new opportunities to sell and cross-sell our entire product line to grow business with existing accounts and maximize the sales revenues from these accounts.
Develop new opportunities to generate and grow sales from past customers and prospects.
Consistently meet or exceed activity and sales goals and contribute towards the accomplishment of department goals.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about additional products and services.
Creates and maintains customer accounts by recording and updating account information in our CRM system.
Recommends potential products and services to Management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Enters customer information by obtaining required data.
Performs additional duties as assigned by the Director of Projects & Training and other members of Management.
Qualifications:
3-5 years inside sales experience.
Proven successful track record in sales and ability to meet sales goals.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Intermediate skills level required in Microsoft Office software; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with customer management database system.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through both verbal and written skills.
Ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision.
Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of L&R USA INC.
Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to read computer screens and mail.
