Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, ASI Doors, Inc. has been a leading manufacturer for over 55 years distributing products to the cold storage, commercial, industrial, and clean production markets.
ASI was established in 1965 with the manufacture of fiberglass cooler/freezer doors sold under the Enviro® brand name. Enviro is a worldwide-recognized name in the cold storage industry offering a wide variety of styles and materials. With the widest range of sizes and custom design, Enviro is considered the "brand of choice" throughout the industry.
The Marathon® brand was introduced in 1985 offering high speed, high performance doors to the commercial, industrial and government markets. Sold through a nationwide sales team, Marathon products feature improved material flow, lower maintenance, reduced energy costs, and increased productivity.
During the late 1980's, an obvious demand for pharmaceutical and clean environment doors became evident. ASI immediately responded in designing and shipping these specialized doors. And in 1994, CleanSeal® clean environment doors systems became the new industry standard for pharmaceutical and clean production facilities. Rated suitable for clean environments as low as Class 1, CleanSeal doors offer the ultimate in maintaining controlled room conditions while enabling increased productivity and profitability.
In 2001, ASI introduced the new AirSeal™ air door. This state-of-the-art “invisible” door was designed for cold storage facilities requiring high traffic volume where temperature controls between environments is critical. Its invisible barrier allows for unobstructed traffic flow with minimal loss of refrigeration and/or heat gain. The reduction of ice, fog and moisture (controlled by a patented EPLC heater unit) dramatically increases safety and material handling.
