Midwest Community Services, Inc. opened its doors on December 7, 2002. Midwest Community Services, Inc. is a private corporation developed to serve the needs of adult consumers with developmental disabilities. Midwest Community Services, Inc. (MCS) is owned and operated by Thomas and Amy Nowak. Mr. Nowak has over 20 years of experience in community programming, residential, day treatment, case management, and community support programming.

MCS' mission is to provide high quality residential supports, in personalized natural setting, for the consumers of our services, their families, and the payers of our services. MCS truly believes in the partneership between our program, the consumer, the consumer's family/support network, and the funding agents placing individuals in our care.
