Care Rewards^SM Program
Care Rewards^SM is an incentive program which was developed to give a means to recognize, and reward, our caregiver staff for positive work behaviors. Simply put, our local franchisees determine employee benchmarks such as work attendance, training completion, client referrals, etc. A point value is attached to each of the employee benchmarks. Right at Home University
Our work is not done when you become a Right at Home employee. Our caregivers participate in an orientation to learn about our home care agency policies, procedures and individual client needs. You will also take part in ongoing, specialized training to become educated on the high standards of care expected by Right at Home through our unique Right at Home CERT ProgramSM (Caregiver Education Recognition and Training Program).

Right at Home University is the training and education arm of the company’s Right at Home CERT ProgramSM. It is comprised of a number of online training modules designed to enhance the knowledge of our care staff. Employees can obtain four different achievement levels within the Right at Home CERT ProgramSM, each of which is based upon longevity and successful completion of Right at Home University educational in-services.
