The physicians on our medical staff, along with our nurses and therapists, work closely together to improve the physical, emotional and functional wellness of our patients. Paid Time Off (PTO)
Paid Time Off is provided for vacation, illness or injury, personal business, bereavement, and Company recognized holidays.

Extended Illness Days (EID)
Extended Illness Days provide a form of short-term disability insurance for you and accumulate over time.

Health/Dental/Vision/Prescription
Comprehensive plans are available for you and your dependents. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following your start of employment.

Life Insurance
You are provided with a Company paid term life and AD&D policy. Additional supplemental insurance as well as spousal and dependent options are also available.

Disability Insurance
A voluntary Short Term Disability (STD) is available to you. Long Term Disability (LTD) is provided to you. Select Medical pays plan premiums.
