Uline is seeking 1st and 2nd shift Warehouse Associates, Warehouse Leads and Distribution Manager Trainees to join us at our branch in Kenosha, WI.

Our minimum starting wage is $18.00 with an additional overnight shift differential.
Wage ranges from $18 - $25 depending on qualifications.

First Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.
Second Shift: Sunday - Thursday: 7:30 PM to 4 AM.

General Warehouse
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Work independently to pick, pack and ship orders.
• Progress in your warehouse career from Packer to LTL Order Picker.
• Get certified on multiple pieces of industrial equipment.
• Contribute to our industry leading safety record.
• Report to Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Management team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Attention to detail.

Distribution Manager Trainee
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Learn all aspects of distribution (UPS, freight, returns, receiving, restock and transfers) through our Rotational Program.
• Train and develop Warehouse Manager skills while leading and motivating others.
• Become certified on forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, warehouse environment.

Warehouse Leads
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse / distribution processes on all shifts (UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock and Transfers).
• Cross train in all warehouse Team Lead functions on both shifts.
• Provide daily hands-on support for the department.
• Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
• Provide recommendations on process improvement and assists in implementation.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years warehouse experience, with supervisory experience in a high volume, fast paced distribution operation preferred.
