We are looking for a talented recruitment professional who will help lead and implement our talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire talented employees. You will determine staffing needs, develop hiring strategies, lead the recruitment process, and foster relationships with candidates and employees. You will work with HRBP's, HR Specialists, and business leaders to source, engage and attract great people to join CF Industries.

Job Description:

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field of study
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated experience in improving processes
  • Knowledge of Human Resources law

You Will:

  • Partner with business leaders on talent acquisition strategies and hiring initiatives.
  • Evaluate current staffing needs, source and fill open roles, and predict future needs.
  • Use reports and data to make informed decisions.
  • Help organize and attend career fairs and events at colleges and universities and use metrics to analyze recruitment data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead employment branding projects and support CF's social media content strategy to recruit talented professionals.
  • Stay current on industry trends to develop proactive sourcing methodologies and best practices to identify candidates.
  • Ensure OFCCP compliance by working with AAPs and partnering with the diversity team to incorporate best practices into the current process.
  • Manage a small team of recruiters and work with HRBP's on best practices in TA, service delivery solutions, and programs.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with recruiting firms and agencies to support our specialized recruiting and staffing needs.
