We are currently hiring for our Operations Leadership Development Engineering Program:

Your Leadership Development Rotation will take you from the office onto the shop floor. You will have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves. You will spend a total of 2.5 years in assignments that include in a variety of manufacturing and support departments. You will have the opportunity to learn about and be involved in business operations, products, customers, and manufacturing processes. The final year of your rotation will be 4 months as an operations analyst assessing and improving the department you will then spend the balance of your final year supervising.

Qualifications
  • Four year technical/engineeringdegree (Materials or Metallurgical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering).
  • Evidence of a self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn continuously.
  • Strong motivation, energy, persistence, and discipline.
  • Effective communicator written and verbal skills.
  • Demonstrated technical intelligence and a mechanical aptitude are preferred.
  • US Citizenship required.
