The Product Manager is a direct-hire opportunity, offering a hybrid schedule.


The Product Manager (go-to-market) is a role responsible for developing and executing successful strategies to bring new products or services to market. This role requires a deep understanding of the target market, customer needs, and competitive landscape. The Product Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated and effective launch and ongoing promotion of products or services. The GTM/Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Development:
    • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches or service offerings.
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify target market segments and positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align on go-to-market plans and strategies.
    • Ensure seamless coordination and communication across teams to execute the go-to-market strategy effectively.
  • Product Launch Planning:
    • Plan and coordinate product launch activities, including messaging, content creation, sales training, and promotional campaigns across channels (trade and direct to consumer).
    • Set clear launch objectives and performance metrics to measure the success of the launch.
  • Marketing and Communication:
    • Work with the marketing team / agencies to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of the product or service.
    • Oversee the development of sales enablement materials, such as sales presentations, collateral, and FAQs.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Collaborate with sales & digital teams to provide the necessary training and resources to effectively sell the product or service.
    • Develop sales tools and resources that help sales & digital teams articulate the product's value to customers.
  • Pricing and Packaging Strategy:
    • Work with commercial teams to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies for the product or service.
    • Design product packaging and bundling strategies to maximize customer adoption and retention.
  • Customer Feedback and Iteration:
    • Gather customer feedback and market insights post-launch to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Use customer feedback to inform iterative improvements to the go-to-market strategy.
  • Performance Measurement and Analysis:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the go-to-market strategy.
    • Regularly analyse and report on performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the go-to-market approach.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective go-to-market plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills to drive successful product launches.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with product development processes and product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales best practices.
  • Passion for innovation and contributing to the success of new product launches.
