Role: Business Analyst
Location: Chicago Heights IL 60411, US
JD:
* Strong analytical skills
* Able to facilitate requirements definition sessions and translate business needs into system requirements.
* Ensures alignment of stakeholder expectations and solution scope.
* Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation.
* Preference for candidates with experience in business analysis or similar roles.
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and team focus required.
* Experience in commercial insurance product implementation as a Business Analyst, preferably in General Liability, and Guidewire Policy Center implementation.
* Ability to capture Product Model, Transactions, Rating, and Forms requirements.
