Assign work to Assemblers performing repetitive high volume and/or lower volume electromechanical assembly operations and simple machine set-ups in an assembly and fabrication shop environment. Monitor and enhance the overall level of safety, work quality and productivity within the department. Interact with other departments within the company in support of department and company goals and objectives. Effectively use the established systems and processes of the company. |
