A Brief Overview:

Then look no further. We are looking for Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. This is a full or part-time position. Must be able to work to 7 pm two evenings a week. No weekends.

What you will do:

• Provide biofeedback therapy to patients with urinary incontinence/pelvic pain. You will develop a pan of care that identifies exercises and behavioral modification to achieve expected outcomes. Will train right candidate.

  Perform Urodynamic testing on patients. Provide patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient. Will train right candidate.

  Assist Physicians with clinic one day a week.

  Answer phone calls from patients and offer clinical support.

  Complies with HIPAA regulations.

What you will need:

• 1 Year Nursing Experience Required
• Active Illinois State Nursing License Required And
