Job Description:
Cryogenic Service Project Specialist to perform all assigned/associated duties with the design, purchase, and installation of bulk cryogenic equipment for the production, conversion, and sale of gases manufactured and processed by Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc. This position will have a service territory covering: __________________. Will work closely with the Cryogenic Service Area Manager, Service Technicians, Sales personnel, and customers in the following areas: Project manage cryogenic bulk system installations bulk equipment at all district pumping and conversion locations, production facilities, and bulk cryogenic installations to ensure systems are properly designed and installed. Equipment to include: cryogenic tanks, pumps, gas compressors, high pressure helium and hydrogen systems. Perform site survey assessments with company sales representatives for possible customer sites to analyze, explain project obstacles, and recommend solutions. . Ensure installations are installed with established procedures written in the Bulk Installation Manual and in compliance with applicable building codes, CGA standards, and government regulations. Cryogenic system design, and providing equipment quotes and system drawings when assigned. Provide technical support to internal sales personnel and customers.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited College or University is preferred; in lieu of a 4 year degree, a minimum of 10 years management experience in a manufacturing or operations setting is required along with a High School Diploma. Minimum of 5 years industrial Project Management experience, preferable in gas, welding, or other industrial setting. ASSE Medical Gas Credentials a plus. No industry experience, a higher range could be considered based on experience
COMPUTER SKILLS: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook E-mail).

Required Experience: Prior project management experience that included project quotes and maintaining project budget. Ability to read and design P&ID as well as site-specific drawings. Knowledge of NFPA and CGA codes is preferred. Years Of Experience: 2+ to 5 Years
