Your role as a Digital Technology Leader

Strategy:

• Develop and own the digital strategy aligned with the Business Unit and Charter Manufacturing's objectives.
• Participate in operational reviews to identify IT and Digital capabilities for cost reduction and operational improvement.
• Act as a 'mini-CIO' within the leadership team.

Digital Roadmap and Portfolio Management:

• Define and prioritize the Division's Digital Roadmap, including IT solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and goals.
• Coordinate technology purchases and evaluate legacy applications for replacement.
• Own demand forecasting for the assigned Business Unit.

Change Leadership:

• Support the Division President and CDIO in adopting digital and IT solutions.
• Keep the business informed about evolving technology trends.
• Provide innovative solutions aligned with business needs.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Develop talent and support digital capabilities.
• Assist the business unit staff in delivering the business plan.

Liaison Between Business Unit and Digital Organization:

• Drive digital solutions that enable strategy realization.
• Collaborate with the Digital Technology leadership team.
• Coordinate IT services and track performance.

Qualifications We're Seeking

• Bachelor's Degreein a related field supporting digital transformation.
• Developed digital strategiesaligned with business unit vision and goals, collaborating across a matrix organization.
• 10+ years of leadership experience, successfully managing large teams and balancing stakeholder accountability.
• Expertise in complex multi-plant manufacturing, spanning technology areas (infrastructure, applications, software development, IT operations).
• Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical, including conflict resolution.
• Experience in program and portfolio management.
• IT Business Relationship Managerbackground in multi-division manufacturing.
• Customer-service orientationand ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Skill in influencing without direct controlover resources.
• Track record of developing detailed business cases and requirements.

• Master's Degreein a relevant field.
• Understanding ofbusiness strategies and financial cycles.
